## Narrative

EE was working on the clean coal feed belt building floor. Crew took lunch in load out building to get out of the heat, injured realized he left hard hat and was going to get it. He walked into a piece of angle iron that was sticking out from the steps that was holding the hand rail to the steps (approx 5'6"" off the ground) caused a laceration to his head. Not normal walkway.
