Roof Fall in track entry 3 breaks outby #1 sec. Fall was approx. 18'w x 20'lx 6-7'h. Area had fell before and was cleaned up, bolted with 5' torque tension bolts and 20' metal arch support. Area will be recleaned and resupported.
