Narrative

Four employees were in the process of installing metal siding on the side of the plant at the second floor level. A section of overhead PVC pipe that had been secured at the top by rope broke loose, and a section measuring 8"" X 5'4"" struck the victim in the back of the head. He was wearing a hard hat.
