Worker had a cable on a cable stand so he could work on it. He was stepping over the cable that was going from the floor up to the cable stand, he did not lift his foot high enough and it caught on the cable causing him to fall foward. There was a Vulcanizer close so he reached out with his right had to catch himself. He caught himself with the right hand injuring his wrist.
