Narrative

EE was bending over and extending his arms forward to pick up a plastic bucket filled with Liquor. EE stated that he was going to pick the bucket up and empty the Liquor into 13 PPT. While bending over and reaching forward EE stated that he felt a pop in his lower back, resulting in pain and discomfort. EE was placed on restricted duty.
