## Narrative

EE and crewwere installing steel sets for roof support. EE was standing on a ladder with his feet approx 3'off the ground.Another crew member released the pressure on the prev. installed  support,the prop did not stay set allowing the crossbar to swing toward EE on the ladder. The cb. hit the ladder knocking EE into a mudhole and the crossbar came to rest on his back.
