## Narrative

While helping lift 4 rolls of electrical wire spools onto the wire stand, (The stand is app. 40"" off the ground) he pulled up on the pipe stand causing a sharp pain in his right shoulder. The EE was seen by a doctor on 9/15/09 and placed on light duty. MSHA restricted duty 9/15/09.
