Narrative

Employee was placing full weight on knees while working at low height when he felt a ""pop"" in his left knee. Pain 3/10. Employee states that he has a history of this type of injury and the knee ""usually goes back into place when standing"". Knee did not return to position and required manipulation by the site medic. Employee was placed on restricted duty.
