## Narrative

Employee was cleaning up their laydown area. He was lifting a small welder out of the ""Knaak  Toolbox"" when he jarred the box, causing the lid to fall & strike his right index finger on his knuckle causing a laceration, which required 3 sutures.  He was given a full release by doctor.
