This fall was found at 12:15pm on 10/7/09. The fall was 40'x30'x7' 90' outby SS 6591 in B northeast in the #4 enty. The area had been initially supported by 48"" cable bolts and supplemented with 8' cable bolts. The fall will be cleaned up.
