## Narrative

Employee installing muffler on gas engine of service truck. Truck bed is about 4 ft off ground, employee used set of rolling stairs to access the truck bed.  After changing muffler, employee was descending stairs, slipped and slid down bottom 2 steps grabbing the right side handrail and hitting elbow and knee on handrail.
