Submitted to abate Citation # 8497036 EE was installing belt rollers & lifting oxygen and acetylene bottles. On 8/3/06 ee went to Dr and complained of lower back pain with radiation down his right leg and lower spine spasms. EE has not been employed at this mine since 1Oct of 2007.
