## Narrative

Employee was part of a group installing a hammer mill hood at the mine, the hood had hung up on a conveyor belt when replacing the hood. A crane was used to relieve the pressure of the hood on the conveyor and in doing so sliced the hand of the mechanic guiding the hood.
