Narrative

Employee was fabricating cable reel frame when a piece of steel channel tipped over and fell on his left foot. Employee was taken to the ER and was given a full duty release. On a follow up with a specialist on 10/05/09 he was given a restricted duty release. There is no restricted duty in his area so it has been classified as a lost time.
