## Narrative

Preparing to pump down a sump, the pump crew was draining one of the 6"" hose connections in the hard line out of the sump. The  flange end of one of the hard line sections slipped out of the employees hands as he was disconnecting the hose, landing on the metatarsal area of his right foot. X-rays reveiled a broken bone on the outside of his right foot.
