Narrative

EE was helping on the continuous miner in the #6 entry of the 002-0 mmu, when a piece of draw rock fell from between the side bolt and coal rib and struck him on the right side and hip. The rock was approximately 54"" long x 30"" wide x 2""-4"" thick.
