Narrative

EE was unhanging bolter cable from the roof when his foot got stuck in fire-clay bottom. As he was pulling his foot free he twisted his left knee. Later during the same shift he again got his foot stuck while he was hanging the bolter cable and again twisted his left knee. EE is not off work as of 10/7/09 pending results from MRI.
