## Narrative

While putting the tongs on the kelly bar to break the tool joint, the injured EE was under the tong, trying to set it. Slack in the tong line allowed the tong to roll down after it lost its bite on the kelly bar, thus striking the injured EE on the shoulder. The EE was sitting on a crib block, his tailbone was broken.
