Narrative

Employee was uncoupling 2 RR cars from each other. He grabbed the lever bar to release the coupler and it would not release all the way. He then grabbed the coupler itself at the same time as the lever and pulled on the coupler. This is when he felt a strain on his upper right shoulder.
