Narrative

While climbing into scoop injury was grasping the hand holds to assist in getting into the scoop. While his hands were in the holds a piece of draw rock fell from the roof and struck his left hand. The appx. size of the draw rock was 1'x2'x2.5"". The rock hit his ring and index finger causing fractures.
