Narrative

EE was removing bolts to an inspection door cover. As he removed the last bolt, the cover swung down and pinched his left hand between the cover and the lift. Neither ee nor his assistant had secured the cover while removing the bolts. EE received ""boxer's fracture"" to left hand.
