## Narrative

Bottom deck sub frame sections were being removed from under a inclined screen.  Injury was on the work platform(downhill side)when a section that was having to be ""pried down"" started a 2' ""free slide"" after coming into a ""loose"" fit area, He slipped while moving away from the section & fell backward onto the same work platform.  *No safety chain was utilized.
