Narrative

Victim was tramming a twin boom roof bolter out of the #1 face. The roof bolter struck the rib pinning his right middle finger between the frame of the machine and the canopy post resulting in loss of the end of his middle finger to the second joint. Due to the mine down for issues with seals he has not missed any scheduled work.
