Discovered a roof fall in the HL1 panel 1 break inby spad #3104. Fall is 4' thick x 20' wide x 20' long in the intersection and was bolted with #5 x 48"" fully-grouted resin roof bolts. This area is 2700' from the section and has been dangered off.
