Narrative

EE was under the 4 South No. 2 belt, at about 24 X cut, changing bottom rollers. The area was wet and muddy. A roller fell about 24"" and struck the little finger of the right hand, resulting in an ""open fracture"", requiring 5 sutures and a splint.
