EE was being trained and helping lay rail at the end of Main West track. He was using a roof bolt in the bolt hole of the rail to turn the rail in order to get the rail roller on the rail. As he was doing this, the bolt slipped causing it to hit him in the mouth which resulted in a laceration to his lower lip.
