EMPLOYEE WAS DRILLING A HOLE FOR A PIN TO BE PUT IN WHEN HIS DUST HOSE CAME OFF. AS HE WAS PUTTING IT BACK ON, HE PUT HIS PUSHER IN HIS POT WITH HIS HAND ON TOP OF STEEL AND HIT THE UP PUSH ON THE ROTATION AND MASHED THE END OF HIS FINGER.
