Narrative

EE stated he was tramming the center bolter out of the way. While doing this the wheel of the bolter hit a hole causing the bolter to compress him against the rib. EE was taken to a med.fac.and found to have contusions to his left hip and leg. Further evaluation on 10/2/09 it was found he has a left hip fracture and is now being reported.
