Narrative

The roof fall occurred in an intersection and went into x cuts both ways. Area was bolted with 42"" x 6' fully grouted bolts and a few cable bolts. Fall was approx. 6'-8' high - 70'-80' long - approx 18' wide. Area was cribbed and dangered off.
