## Narrative

Employee strained his left knee.  He was entering a loci cab and placed his right leg inside the cab, while reaching for the handle, when his left knee gave out on him, causing him to fall down.  We took him to the doctor.  He was placed on restricted duty, which we were able to accommodate.
