Employee rode with blaster to the mine, approx. 1 hr., both performed pre-inspection on the drill. The blaster walked over to lay out blast patern, he noticed the driller was not coming over to drill so he went back to the drill and noticed the driller was having a heart attack. Blaster notified for an ambulance, CPR was performed and employee was taken to a local hospital.
