Narrative

EE was spotting an air compressor for the secondary crusher jobsite on level ground west of bldg. While ee was using the trailer jack stand to raise and lower the hitch off the receiver at the hitch tongue suddenly slid under the receiver as ee was along side & got his left arm caught between the jack & receiver bar causing an injury.
