## Narrative

Maintenance tech had a piece of metal 1/2"" X 6"" X 72"" clamped to the side of the low boy trailer. The metal was hanging over about 4"" and was clamped at each end. He was grinding a 45 degree angle to the metal with a large grinder, during the grinding process with some pressure applied, the metal slipped and fell with one end landing on tech's right foot.
