Narrative

As employee entered a pickup truck his right thigh was cut by a utility knife razor blade. The razor blade had been intentionally embedded in the seat of the pickup. The laceration required two (2) stitches. This event followed a recent pattern of similar sabatage incidents. Please see attached letter.
