## Narrative

Injured miner had started to bolt the face in #4 entry. As he began to rotate the steel, his glove on the left hand got caught by the steel and twisted the ring and  middle finger. This caused the ring finger to dislocate, and a laceration on the middle finger. The laceration had 7 stitches to repair to wound.
