Employee stepped onto a drill when he felt a pop & soreness in the arch of his foot. He went to medics on site & was checked out. He went back to work. He came to work on his next shift(11/21) & went to back to the medic. Medic sent him off site to get checked out. He missed 2 days of work in his rotation & during his days off received a full realease to come back to work.
