## Narrative

Injured employee was moving timbers from the roadway and leaning them against the rib when one of the timbers (6"" x 6"" x 8') fell over and struck him on the inside of his right elbow. He was transported to the ER by EMS. X-Rays were negative for fractures. Diagnosed with tissue bruising. Employee suffered an injury to the same elbow in 2003 at another company.
