EE was repairing the CM, a cover measuring 30""L x 16""W x 1/2"" thick had been lifted into a vertical position.EE was on top of the machine and needed to get additional parts for the repair when he jumped off of the miner and his right hand was pinched between the cover and the frame when the cover fell.
