## Narrative

The employee was working on an excv. and was dismounting the equip. via a ladder.  The employee had one foot on the ladder and one foot on the tracks.  The ladder slipped away from him and he started to fall from the tracks.  The foot that was on the tracks was ""caught"" in the tracks bolts momentairly.  This caused a strain in his knee as he was falling.
