EE stated that he had been shoveling coal around 4 C belt drive.EE said he walked towards the backside of the header when his foot slipped. EE said he fell forward and felt pain in his right shoulder after he caught himself on the ground. EE completed his shift and called the mine the next day to report the incident. EE stated that he had a shoulder sprain.
