Narrative

Moving a portable conveyor using a fork truck. Employee was hooking the strap of the conveyor to the fork on the fork truck as the operator moved the forks forward. Little finger was pinched between the fork and the railcar. As soon as the employee felt the pinch he pulled his finger away resulting in the laceration.
