Narrative

Employee had just moved diesel duster to new setup. They ran the dust hose to the belt line. Injured employee had went back to the duster to turn it on. He leaned over to engage the valve, and as he stood up, he was struck in the left ear by a hog panel, causing a laceration that required sutures.
