## Narrative

Employee was working on a section of rail. The rail had bent into place & blocked with the 4x4, blocks & wedges. He was standing inbetween the 2 rails, when a block slipped, allowing the rail to jump, striking him in the right ankle.  He went medic on site, and sent down for x-rays. X-rays showed a bone chip, and he was given a full release to came back to work.  No days missed.
