Narrative

Employee is a mechanic and has been for 30+ years. He has had wrist pain and weakness for some time. He was repairing on a personel carrier and his wrist couldn't hold up a trailing arm and it fell. This caused his hand to swell and start hurting more. He continued to work and was diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syn. He was taken off work on 12/11/2009.
