Narrative

Employee stated he was helping move and hang the Cont. Miner cable when his shoulder which had been hurting started hurting worse. On the night of 12/06/2009 he left the mine with his shoulder hurting again and was taken off work on 12/10/09. MRI that was done showed Tendinosis.
