## Narrative

An Industrial Designer, employed by Tegron Industrial Automation, apparently opened an MCC disconnect and alleges to have received an arc flash burn while measuring for a control transformer.  He apparently sealed the enclosure back and left the plant without notifying anyone of his injury.  Tegron contacted the plant on Monday, December 7, 2009 and reported the injury.
