Employee was side bolting in #3 entry, F-19 Section when a piece of rock measuring 24"" x 47"" x 1/2"" to 4"" thick fell and bounced off of the ventilation tube striking him on the head resulting in a fracture to the C-5 vertebrae of the neck.
