## Narrative

#3 hoist tripped on ""Drive Converter A"" and ""Vibration"" faults.  Maintenance Foreman and electrician were called out of the mine to check the hoist and reset the faults.  There were still two remaining escapeways throughout the incident (#2 and #6 shafts)
