Narrative

EE was attempting to remove a valve from a flange. EE used a wheel wrench to pry valve apart from flange. Wheel wrench slipped causing EE to strike his right hand fifth finger against the flange. Result was a laceration that required sutures to repair and a fractured finger. Restricted duty only.
