Narrative

Employee stated he was resting with his foot up on the bumper of the scoop. A piece of roof rock fell and struck him on the head and knee, broke and fell to the ground. He continued to work and then had a MRI done. His doctor took him off work on 12/16/2009. MRI showed a prior ACL surgery and degeneration throughout the meniscus.
